ADMISSION FOR SPECTATORS IS $5.00. PLEASE INFORM YOUR FAITHFUL FOLLOWING THAT WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY “GET IN FREE” PASSES AND THAT THERE ARE NO DISCOUNTS.

Shot Put and Discus.
THREE Throws per contestant. TOP SEVEN TO FINALS.
Throwers will throw 2 – 1 and then 1 – 1 – 1 in the finals.
SHOT PUT – No measure under 42′ 00 for men / 30′ 00 for women.
DISCUS – No measure under 120′ 00 for men / 90’00 for women.
Long Jump = TWO PITS = Men and Women will jump simultaneously!
OPEN PIT FROM 4:00 – 5:30. PITS WILL BE CLOSED AT 5:30.
FOUR attempts per contestant. NO FINALS.
No measure under 18′ 00 for men / 14′ 00 for women.
High Jump.
Men’s opening Height will be 5′ 08″
Women’s opening Height will be 4′ 08″
All raises will be two inches.
Pole Vault = TWO PITS = Men and Women will jump simultaneously! Women’s opening height will be 8’06”
All raises will be six inches
Men’s opening height will be 10″06″
All raises will be six inches.
SHUTTLE HURDLES – ALL HURDLES REGULATION HEIGHT!
DISTANCE MEDLEY WILL RUN 1200 – 400 – 800 – 1600
100 + 200 Dash and 110/100 Hurdles – FINALS ONLY
Athletes will be SEEDED into heats based on seed times submitted by coaches entries on A-Net. Be prepared to “back up” your seed times if challenged or you are over riding seed times currently listed on A-Net. All races will be FAT timed with fastest Heats will run last.
