THERE ARE NO SCHOOL BOX ASSIGNMENTS!
We will place runners on the start line based upon best times!

PLEASE ASK YOUR ATHLETES TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS OF OUR OFFICIALS
AND KNOW THEIR CURRENT PR’ TIME AND STARTING POSITION.
PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE ARRANGE STARTING POSITIONS!
Ask athletes to get to the starting line early to establish their starting posts.
WOMEN’S RACE #1: FLEET FEET (Current SR is 23:00 or up) AT 3:45
The only runners in this race should be those with a current PR of ABOVE 23:00
FRONT ROW – ATHLETES WITH PR SEASON TIMES BETWEEN 23:00 – 24:45
SECOND ROW – ATHLETES WITH PR SEASON TIMES ABOVE 24:45
MEN’S RACE #1: FLEET FEET (Current SR is 19:30 or up) AT 4:15
The only runners in this race should be those with a current PR ABOVE 19:30
FRONT ROW – ATHLETES WITH PR SEASON TIMES BETWEEN 19:30 – 20:45
SECOND ROW – ATHLETES WITH PR SEASON TIMES ABOVE 20:45
WOMEN’S RACE #2: MERCURIAL RACE (Current SR is sub 23:00) AT 4:40
Runners in this race should be those with a current PR BELOW 23:00
FRONT ROW – ATHLETES WITH PR SEASON TIMES BETTER THAN 21:15
SECOND ROW – ATHLETES WITH PR SEASON TIMES BETWEEN 21:15 – 23:00
MEN’S RACE #2: MERCURIAL (Current SR is sub 19:30) AT 5:05
Runners in this race should be those with a current PR BELOW 19:30
FRONT ROW – ATHLETES WITH PR SEASON TIMES BETTER THAN 18:00
SECOND ROW – ATHLETES WITH PR SEASON TIMES BETWEEN 18:00 – 19:30
